Our planning platform offers one of the most multi-faceted, comprehensive, and seamlessly integrated suite of planning and project management tools in the industry. From checklists and timelines to guest lists and budgets, we provide clients with their own customized planning portal that keeps every detail neatly organized in a centralized portal, coordinates communications, and facilitates seamless collaboration between our teams, involved family members, and vendors. With over two decades of shared experience in the corporate world between both owners, we appreciate the complexities of project management and coordinating a team of individuals around a central purpose and vision.  Drawing upon this experience we have meticulously built processes into the fabric of our company. Having planned over one hundred events, we have established a phase-based planning process that allows us to methodically, collaboratively and strategically plan your event. Our method is unique and well established and our planners are warm and encouraging, providing the best mix of the professional and personal aspects of planning an event!

Beginning to End

Our most popular package, our Full-Service Planning package includes design curation and event coordination. This is truly a team effort - Your lead designer will help define your vision to create a completely custom, personalized design for your day. Your lead planner will be there to support and guide you through the planning process, managing all of the little details. We will be your design curators, vendor managers, timeline builders, invitation proofreaders, contract reviewers, budget supervisor and everything in-between. With hundreds of weddings under our belts, we have honed the planning process to create an event that is as well executed as it is beautiful.

 

 

 
 

Final Stretch

Already have a vision and a plan in place, but in need of a bit of extra support leading up to the day of the event? As soon as you book with us, you receive access to state-of-the-art planning tools. These tools assist you in organizing your plans and vision, giving you one place for all of your planning needs. Having everything organized in one platform allows our team to seamlessly transition the planning responsibilities from your shoulders to ours a few months out of the event date. We then put the professional finishing touches on all day-of details. Your vision, coupled with our day-of coordination, will be the perfect blend to ensure that you can be present in the moment and enjoy the event you worked so hard to create.

Destinations and Elopements

Whether your event is an elopement that feels effortless or a luxurious destination wedding across the sea, our experience will ensure it is expertly planned. While wedding planning is fundamentally the same wherever you get married, there are a few quirks specific to destination weddings. Non-Profit and Private Events

Before founding bumble burgh Events Co., owners Maggie and Karlie learned the ropes of event planning by planning many fundraising events as members of young professional non-profit boards. Individually, and as a company, we are committed to giving back to our community as well as to causes that better mankind. Behind the theatre and magic of galas and soirees, we are all business. Each event is treated with our standard of professionalism. Our team will manage the details, creatively plan and execute your event so that you can focus on your sponsors and the cause (what really matters!). 

For any private event, the same standard of quality service and attention to detail applies. Having planned many showers, anniversaries and other celebratory events, we are well equipped to take the stress off of your shoulders and help you host an event that your guests will love.
